Booking Your Tickets

Tickets for all productions can be booked by telephone, or in person at the Box Office during our opening hours.

The box office is open from 11am - 5.30pm Tuesday to Saturday. On performance evenings the Box Office remains open until 30 minutes after curtain-up.

We can accept telephone payments using MasterCard, Visa, Delta and Maestro. If you wish to pay by Cash, Cheque or Postal Order we can hold your 'phone reservation for five days or until 30 minutes before the show (whichever is sooner). All tickets paid by credit card over the 'phone  will be posted to the card holder with a charge of 30p to cover postage. There is no additional booking fee for using a credit card.

Booking Ahead With Confidence

It is now possible to buy tickets in advance in the confident knowledge that if anything goes wrong with your plans, the Box Office will change your tickets for another night or show. (If the show you change to is more expensive you will, of course, have to pay the difference - no money can be refunded). There will be a charge of 50p for each ticket exchanged - but it is better than possibly losing the whole lot! Tickets cannot be exchanged on or after the day of the performance. This service does not apply to any "Buy One - Get One Free" offers.

Due to the ever changing availability of seats it is not yet possible for us to offer ticket booking via email.

The Kenneth More Theatre can also be contacted via fax on 020 8553 5476 or email at KMTheatre@aol.com for general enquiries. The phone number for the administration office is 020 8553 4464.
