ROLEPLAY
Alan
Ayckbourn’s latest West End success - for the first time at the KMT
– takes place in our own backyard: London’s Docklands. In their
flat, Justin and Julie plan an introductory supper for their
respective parents – Justin’s upper-crust, alcoholic mother and
Julie’s bigoted Yorkshire father and prim mother. Into this doomed
scenario drops – literally , via the balcony – Paige, a former
lap-dancer with suicidal tendencies and her thick, gun-toting
minder. They proceed to wreak havoc on the meticulously planned
evening. Who are the more alarming, the parents or the unwanted
interlopers? Join us for a night of guaranteed fun and laughter.
